I received a sage commercial pizza oven with a stone inside should i put pizza strifgt to stone?

IMO - if you want a crispy crust go with the pizza stone, this is what I use.

Flour on ....
Cooked it for about 15 mins and pe fection! Quote dough straight on the stone (with some corn flour to stop it sticking) and built the pizza once on trivet for 15 min.
And built the pizza once it hit the stone.
