Hello!
I'm off to the store today & was planning on getting a pizza stone. But, the more I looked online I also saw a lot of pizza pans (metal with tiny holes in them).
Which one is better?
Also, if you recommend the stone, do I need to put anything on...

When I first got the pizza stone I very lightly coated it with olive oil the first time and have for the replies!

IMO - if you want a crispy crust go with the pizza stone, this is what I use.

I make my own pizza and always use a stone for a nice crisp crust.
I know some pizzas direct you to put them on the oven rack, but I'd stone too.

Just bought a 30 cm pizza stone and now keen to try it out.
Can anybody has used one advise as to the the best way to use it in a Q220?
Do I use it "indirect" i.e. double foil and on a trivet as in roasting or just chuck it...

Flour on ....
Cooked it for about 15 mins and pe fection! Quote dough straight on the stone (with some corn flour to stop it sticking) and built the pizza once on trivet for 15 min.
And built the pizza once it hit the stone.

I was making a pizza with a lot of chopped tomatoes, and some water came out.
Did you forget to preheat the stone in the oven before adding the pizza? no, i put it in there when it to my pizza stone.
