Im lost how in the worldd i see tanks with live rocks pushed to the back or middle to back cuz me if algea comes on glass i cant clean it cuz of rocks so im forced to pile it up middle to top

Try something like this instead:
my @rocks; $....
You are redeclaring @rocks several times.
I think you need to declare my @rocks and then not use my any more when referring to $rocks[xxx into the (initially 0-sized) array.
