I usually fly my plane in a large park near me in Malahide Co Dublin but I either get disapproving looks from some (ie I shouldn't be flying my plane near people even though as a motorised glider it's fairly quiet and flys high enough not to be bothering...

I went to a flying field a few years ago, and a guy was flying there. While he was flying, the engine mount gave way and the engine flew off! Motor had a $70 muffler on it, and it was lost. Here is the raw video of it happening and aftermath:
