Is there a painless method for teeth cleaning? Every six months when I go for my routine teeth cleaning, its always a painful experience. The hygienist is so rough, but she insists its because she wants to give me a thorough cleaning. I hate going there...

2010 which showed minimal plaque at the bifurcation (internal/external).
Amount of minimal plaque as one year ago.

It would be interesting to see a low carb high fat diet in place of this
high protein one. A high fat diet using good fats and avoiding
saturated fats would be interesting.
