I have a few spots where i over waxed onto some of my plastic trim, and i have never been able to get it off. Even with degreasers i could never get it off. i'll clean it, and it seemingly goes away, but always comes back after its fully dry. Its everywhere...

I have always used.
The bristles get right into the grain on the plastic.
It will turn it white and then you usually takes it right out .
However, DO NOT use thinner on black plastic trim pieces.

The front plastic on my car is a little fubarred. Is that something you need for sure or can do without? I read it was a scrape lip and I have also read it pushes air into the radiator...

Then from behind you pull....
You can press from the outside of the bumper along the inside of the "vent" and it will push the two tabs towards the center of the car and press against the plastic piece to release it.
That hold it in place.
