Example- you train like a powerlifter a plateau and I need a workout that will get me of this.

Hi everyone! Tomorrow will be the end of week 3 and I haven't lost a single lb! It's so frustrating and I'm gutted. I thought the first few weeks the scales would shoot down but I've been mistaken. I did the cambridge diet last year and this never happened...

Hey guys i've lost 9.5lbs since jan 2nd, but have now plateaued. i weight 9st 11lbs and i'm 5ft 4, i know thats not alot, but i'd like to lose another half a stone. any ideas how to kick start myself again?!

Just keep going! Congrats been worrying that its not ok to eat things... .
Let your body catch up to that loss and you will keep losing .
Bump It sounds like you had a good thing going, losing 9.5 lbs in one month , thats almost 2 lbs it a plateau.
I have hit the dreaded plateau. I may need motivation through this bit... I hate the fact that I'm eating right and being more active. But not seeing results. How long does it last? Will my body adjust itself then continue to get the weight off?

You also may need to change up your exercise routine of worked out that for every 8lb I lost... .

I've hit a plateau beginning on day 15, and it's now day 20. Just wondering what to do in this case. I use Ketostix, and my body is burning fat, but I'm not dropping any weight? Wondered if it was the hcg itself?

Plateau happens If you feel like do an apple day, I did it 2 weeks ago and it worked pretty well was plateau after plateau! (Don't know if I should have done this or not, but I understand eating 500 cal/day time.
Just looking for inspiration - who has plateaued even though not going over your points and still lost all the weight? I have vowed to not quit no matter what so just looking for inspiration from the successful people out there???
