We took our first adults only trip this year.
Celebration: 22 years of marriage/25 years together
This was also my "I am a survivor trip" - 2011/2012 was a rough year for us on so many levels...but we made it to the other side and things are going well...

Can anyone tell me what the snorkelling is like just off the beach, is it good, bad, average....I have been to Maldives before and I am looking for something global that compares but at a fraction of the price. Thanks

There are a few fish off the beach at EPM, to someone who only snorkels casually, they may... .
You can take an excursion to Puerto Morelos or Akumal Bay for some great snokeling .
Heysidays: You won't find anything close to Maldives off the beach at EPM .

I paid $55 US last year for a one way transter... .
For whats its worth the last time we did it cost us $70 US but that was 3 years ago .
If you're booking in the Uk the tour operator you are using should be able to arrange this for you or give you the price .

You never know for sure ....
Only had 10 min shower one trip and a strong storm blow through for a couple hours in the very early morning .
It has shown rain for most days of each trip .
