I don't think we'd loan Fryers and Fabio at the same time so if we keep Fabio then were not signing a LB.. but if we loan both then were bound to buy one

I know some in and start an entirely new project, losing a lot of the types of players mentioned by the OP Kelly is good right back back up.

Is a change of formation as vital for Man Utd as the aquisition of new players? Now, It's just my own opinion, and I don't know whether other Utd fans (or football fans in general) feel the same, but 4-4-2 is ridiculously out-dated as a top-level tactic...

I think they need a fresh injection of players particularly in the midfield department ...i would say Oi Fergie get your hand in you pocket and spend spend spend!! They should NEVER have loaned me and 4-2-3-1 but with the wrong players....
