Why does England think Germany is their rival? England has never performed better than Germany in Worldcup with the exception of 1966.
So clearly Germany is far better team than England.
So why does England always say that Germany is their rival?

Is Wales, scotland and ireland are their rivals no matter what anyone says, germany play with class are right now but they still have a history Germany doesn't consider England as their rival, holland build up to game time.

Would a Germany united, somehow, by a different German State be radically different than the Imperial/Prussian Germany we all know and love of the late nineteenth century? What would be different?

I have all the DLC's except the last one, and have not played for around 3 months. I have a feeling that know matter
