I was thinking with pneumatic that you wouldn't have that problem.
In my limited experience, pneumatic give better results in general, but eat a huge amount of air and then.

I have the The SHPS Hydro....
We have found invested in one.
We have manual Avery that uses the standard Frames and a Chicago Pneumatic unit.
It works very well.
We have the Cleavland Hydro-Pneumatic unit with the C Frame and Pulled rivet heads.

I was raised with the mindset not to throw away something just because it was old, needed repair or was out of date. I'm sure most of this was due to my parents enduring the repercussions of the Great Depression and shortages of commodities during WWII...

I think you'd find something suitable at Northern Tools or Harbor.
Mentioned his older Volvo had some type of pneumatic clutch assist from the factory, but it was after use a steel roller of some sort.

I used a pneumatic buffer for some metal polishing over the weekend. I was way impressed with the control and speed of the machine.
Anyone here using pneumatic as a buffer?
