Is Yap a laughingstock on other poetry websites? Why would anyone on other sites care? I just read a link that had this bit of info and I was so surprised. I haven't noticed any of us laughing at other sites - why would these people care about a site ...

Can you describe the perfect poetry section? Some rules - Don't single anyone out or name anyone. Don't state negatives of what you wish the poetry section wasn't or the people weren't. Just describe what would be the attributes of a perfect poetry section...

There just has to be something wrong with the Poetry early entries, I saw, on the index line for Poetry a black dot, with a negative sign in it.
I was hit with the inability to find the page, again .

It would seem like an excellent idea to combine some, at least to my... .

MM has some very good poets who are adept to poetic form structures and rhyme to Shadow to investigate... .
As you are aware Shadow Poetry site has an excellent section that explains all the various types of rhyme to the poetry forums in MM.
New to the whole poetry scene and stuck in the old time warp of my mind concerning school taught poetry forms. Can anyone suggest some books or websites where I can learn the true intricacies of how to write poetry? Thank you all so much for your help...

On how to improve, I have been on a lot of poetry sites over the past five years, this is one that one who never took a course on poetry writing, is likly to write the type of verse he read, and I was cliche.
