I have a moving character (along the x-axis).
My problem is this:
The character has an arm which i can rotate fairly easy. I can get the arm rotating so that it points to the mouse. However, I want the arm and the gun to rotate so that the arm rotates...

gun._y = ypos + Math.sin(rad) * distance;
Where xpos and ypos are the center point of the rotation rad is angle in radians and the distance that gun has to the center of rotation point.
