It all depends on the bar and who controls....
There is no need to "rig" them any more than just to build them in the first place.
I hope you understand they will do.
They are already designed to TAKE your money.
They don't need to be "rigged".

I have noticed now that whenever the short stack of the table goes all-in that no matter the hand they are holding, they will invariably lose to the higher stack. I have seen the shortest stack go all-in with the best hand only to be screwed by the turn...
