I guess I didn't really make any official resolutions but I am hoping to work out more on the days I don't teach aerobics and then to get organized--mainly in my office AND to get back to scrapping and other crafting...

I have always been a keen walker but with the onset of PMR at 65 my walking has been seriously affected. Just before I was put onto the Pred I struggled to mange a few hundred yards. I have now been on Pred for about 4 months and back on a high dose again...

The aerobics part of the gym so we did hear some noise above us occasionally it wasnt the pole on the far side that side of the room tended to be quieter) and others were fairly close.

It seems likely that the best dryland (non rollerski) routine would be hill-bounding with poles.
Sadly, we have no hill nearby worth bothering with.

You get to learn a ton of new, not including warmup and cooldown... .
It's not stripping - it's utilizing the pole as a fitness tool.
Also, I've taken pole fitness, which is also a ton of fun.
