This is horrible, 23 years on the job...finds a gun while performing grounds work and turns it in to the police only to be fired for having a firearm at work ?

The city was endangering everybody that they fired him, but he should of actually called the police and never touched the gun.
Therefore the city was operating an unsafe work environment.
