This would be the case if an applicant is extremely nervous about the test, even if they are telling the truth the examiner might see it as a lie.
To consider is that a polygraph can register a false lie.

The polygraph and CVSA is an investigative tool and is only as good/bad as the examiner with the views you've just expressed.

What can I assume the person conducting the polygraph is doing when he jots something quick down on paper after asking a question?
The polygraph was done using the computer method but on certain questions after I responded, I'd hear him scratch something...
