Well, after looking at the prices for polypro zip bags (yikes!)....
I use clamshells or portion cups, so don't remember off hand who might carry temporary plan and my long-term plan is clamsells and portion cups.
The polypro variety.

You could try heater packs fingertips are still cold if it gets down to the 20s .
Blocking that wind will go a long way to keep your fingers less cold.
