On my 82z I use a Ponzol neck which makes a big difference.

Jumbo Java lost color I recently changed my setup to a Jumbo Java A45 which I've had in a box for a while. I played it a ton and it got all gunked up so I let it sit in some warm soapy water and then sponge washed it. Well, the black is about all gone...

Give a person a fish....
It happens to hard rubber pieces in hot water...
Basically it sounds like the water was too hot.
Rubbing it with something like olive oil might return it closer to its original colour .

Mouthpiece for King Silversonic alto I am now back to the Super 20 club with a minty sonic alto and so far I have tried different mouthpieces, and the one that seems OK ( not great ) with it is a HR Ponzol Custom.
