Anyone familiar with the various types of fresh, RED, Chorizo sausages I've used from MEGA AND CHED? Not the green....though I'll try that this time too. Since I understand very little Spanish, the only word I've recognized on the labeling has been......

If you: 3:40 pm, yesterday I also like the red pork chorizo.
They make a Turkey Chorizo too.
Make sure you peel the casing before you cook it .

I think you'll be fine for a week! The last chorizo ring I bought had meats like chorizo are hung for months to give them their flavour.
Longer in the freezer.
