How to Cook Chorizo Maybe a stupid question but...I'm a gonna ask anyway and face the Shaggy wrath. So, I love chorizo. In eggs, in cheese sauce for grilled chicken, whatever. My problem is how to cook the shit. Fresh chorizo turns into a vat or red grease...

I wish HEB carried Spanish-style chorizo-style chorizo....

The 1lb tube mentioned above, the HCF chorizo (not recommended) and the HEB brand all pork chorizo in grease), it will crisp up some.
Authentic Mexican chorizo sausage recipe I got about 15 pounds of pork left over. I want to make some real, Texas-Mexican chorizo sausage. Anyone got a recipe?

Posted 06 March 2012 - 10:33 PM i looked up some chorizo recipes but thought i would ask here as well. i want to make some chorizon with out ground up elk or deer, but i dont really know how, or a good recipe. so if you have a recipe share it!
