How to Cook Chorizo Maybe a stupid question but...I'm a gonna ask anyway and face the Shaggy wrath. So, I love chorizo. In eggs, in cheese sauce for grilled chicken, whatever. My problem is how to cook the shit. Fresh chorizo turns into a vat or red grease...

The 1lb tube mentioned above, the HCF chorizo (not recommended) and the HEB brand all pork chorizo in grease), it will crisp up some.

i looked up some chorizo recipes but thought i would ask here as well. i want to make some chorizon with out ground up elk or deer, but i dont really know how, or a good recipe. so if you have a recipe share it!
