I use various ones but just looked -- with maybe the exception of ....
If you: 3:40 pm, yesterday I also like the red pork chorizo.
They make a Turkey Chorizo too.
Make sure you peel the casing before you cook it .

They will last months in the fridge there is only two of us.. .
I think you'll be fine for a week! The last chorizo ring I bought had meats like chorizo are hung for months to give them their flavour.
Longer in the freezer.
