For the clarification! Isn't the Panamera V6 just a VW VR6? Or is that only for the Cayenne The Panamera V6 is basically the Panamera V8 minus 2 cylinders.

Panamera uses a Porsche made 3.6 V6 whereas the Cayenne uses.
On Porsche's website the Panamera V6 has the same displacement and peak output as the Cayenne V6 diesel and 3.0 hybrid use Audi V6's.
