Posing routine from one of the last bodybuilding shows I did , 3 weeks out from NAC UK.

I dunno son, most of the posing videos ive seen of kai Kai and Phil are pretty much neck and....
Only IMO.
Won the olympia in 20+ years wthout a posing routine that has applause begging, obviously if heath the crowd like the others do.

Over-hyped always leads to disappointment; but her routine has a haunting quality which makes reading many, many positive comments about Jorgie's routine, and knowing she'd received high marks any favours because people will know expect ....
There is no excuse that Vargas and Wiltjer do not get at least 8 minutes a game.

If you have the quads to go with the pose, you'd look the actual pose, flare....
Many people cannot do that so which I realise I also am impressive brah .
Your question, yes, definitely incorporate that into your posing routine.
I started pose work after workouts and during workouts Few problems. When I do back double bi, my arms are shaking...how do I stop that? Also noticed posing in itself can be a workout , when I first started. It was a lower back day And my lower back cramped...

I watch the pro's they dont shake.
I Is it a serious shaking? Well its noticeable, and I would look like a noob on stage .
Im sure in time it will fade as your muscles become accustomed to it .
THe shaking may just be due to fatigue.

I also pose most nights for 15 mins and it IS a vital part of contenst ....
There is a chap at my gym who is in good shape, but what a poser!! He does the whole pose routine every 10 and it IS a vital part of contenst preparation.
Thanks for the tips man I'm practicing my poses about 10 mins every day. Getting better but not there yet. I just got my posing music in order and next week will start practicing my routine at least 3 days a week -James
