I certainly would not worry about choking. If your post nasal drip is thick and you eat, some particles may stick but not cause choking. However, uncomfortable it can be. Drink plenty of water to thin secretions. You might want to try a weekly nasal irrigation...

find spices make.
I add a little/dinking that
might be triggering the constant drip.
Nasal douching helps me too.
Basically it is

Within minutes of trying Estrogel, I have developed major sinus congestion and sinus headache. Has anyone else had this and does this symptom go away after using it for a while?

I also noticed.
Works out for you! When I was on the Vivelle patch I had awful, horrible sinus congestion, post-nasal drip and the need to clear my throat (I even posted about an "estrogen cough").
