Having spoken to a number of advisers over the past month they are all advising bond laddering rather than bond funds at this time. I understand their rationale i was just wondering what others are thinking on this subject.

Why are Bid bonds better then posting cash? I am new to public work and have never been bonded. I have bid on two jobs, but wasn't awarded either. I posted the cash for both bids . What are the advantages of getting a bid bond ?

I did an AW search for Sandra Bond, Bond Literary Agency and did not find anything. Does anyone have any experience with her? She does not appear to have a website.
