I got them more or less at the same time I think. What has helped me enormously is potassium iodide (Lugol's solution). You might want to ask your llung MD about this.

I used the reactions:
IO 3 - + 5I - + 6H + 3I 2 + 3H 2 O
I 2 + 2S 2 O 3 2- 2I - + S 4 O 6 2-
I calculated n(S 2 O 3 2- ) = 0.000328984 mol
Therefore n(I 2 ) = 0.000164492 mol
I assumed the KI and KIO 3 were both... .

Be safe....
TXR is a once per day doseing so keep the eph around noon and 4 pm. .
By a few hrs..
Also would want to take them seperately..
Start very small and monitor your blood pressure daily both before and after the addittion of eph .
If u plan to do it.
