Do you have to peel the potatoes when you make a potato salad? My family is cooking potato salad and we are having a hard time peeling. Can we just not peel it?

I hardly ever work best for this: Red skin potatoes, Yukon gold, etc.
Just dice them with the peel on, cook them, and continue with your potato salad.

There was a deli back home that made the most fabulous potato salad. I've never found another that comes close. I've never tried making my own. What's your favorite recipe?

This is one potato salad that I love cheese dressing....
Everyone raves about my potato salad! I'm not a fan of mayo or mustard based salads.
Of the potato is smoother and less "mealy".

These are seasonal items I think. They taste very similar to the items sold in the Walmart Deli. I don't care for the coleslaw or potato salad but I only like my grandmother's so... The macaroni salad is great though.
