Hey, anyone know of good Prog Metal, Power Metal, or Symphonic Metal bands releasing something new in 2012?

What are the pros and cons on using either a metal power pipe or a plastic one? The plastic ones seem to sell for half the price.

The 80s and early 90s are where the quality and Statovarius stand out .
You're in the wrong time period for power metal.
