Just wondering if there is any hardware device that when it loses power, will send a remote signal to another power switch to turn off? This is more for media equipment, but I figured if anybody knew it would be here.

That's sometimes useful (because it means it's more likely that the code will do what you want if you select another object... .
If you record a macro in PowerPoint and examine the code, you'll see that it uses the Selection object for just about everything .

I just picked up a Concept 16.5 that needs a power switch. Is there a source for a direct replacement? It's an alps switch with 2 sections, the heavier back section is toast.
