I've switched over and have decided to officially embrace drupal for my CMS websites... To me it just makes the most sense and has the most modules of any of the CMS' out there. source

Agreed I don't see any area he holds a copyright on. To have a copyright the work must comply with a minimal standard of originality, a product review site or set of sites using a non-original template and one of the most common pieces of FOSS as a base does not meet those standards. The only way he could even remotely be correct is if you copied his text or custom images. source
