The Final Smashes Tier List is my idea for a categorization of ...well, final smashes into tiers. I feel such an evaluation would be useful to brawlers...

He's more mobile than IvysaurCHANGE TRACKER....
All he needs is a better final smash.
He can hover with excellent range and power.
Given proper control, Sonic will be unavoidable.
Of this virtually all-powerful final smash.

Should Samurott learn Shell Smash? Me, I'm hoping it does...
If I remember right, it has the same base speed stat as Cloyster & a bit better offensive stats... with a single Shell Smash, it'd TRULY be the Formidable Pokemon.

Smash, we do have to remember that said move is very powerful, perhaps nearing on broken.

That'll putWell, I am in favor of Metapod getting Shell Smash.
A shell smash it's actually got 120 power, running off a 108 base power attack stat.

31cc would be powerful enough for long grass, but not ideal.
