I was wondering if anyone cheated their pre op diet, ive never never been able to stick to a diet for more than 2 days... got me op 4 a band on 13th may, bit worried

I was so paranoid about very guilty....
Good luck won't be long now I didnt have 2 do a pre op diet as mine was a last minute cancellation BMI at the pre op only being 40 so only had to do the milk diet for 7 days.

Im goin to dolan park on 13th may with THG and was wondering what peoples pre op diet options were? as alot of people seem to be on milk, ive been given a sheet which says under 1000 cals for 2 weeks. not sure which one 2 do

Oh god this pre op diet is so hard, i am having my op on monday 21st and i have mostly been on liquid i have just caved and had about 10 mouth fulls of chicken chow mein is anybody having similar problems xx Fading Grace likes this.

Hi everyone im due my gastric band next thursday 24th may. I have let myself down and not started my 1000-1200 cals a day diet yet I didnt think it would matter much but been reading on here my liver might be too big and they may not do my op dont know...

So having checked with the team and S and S and had the all clear on the suitability to use this plan prior to an op I have placed my order
now I ordered the mix box to start me off so I can see what I like
