I had my son at 36 weeks last time around. Never had contractions I could feel until the Dr. broke my water and my labor contractions started. Frankly, I'm not sure I'd know what a pre-labor contraction feels like. I seem to be a lot more uncomfortable...

I did not think I was in labor years ago), I had back labor - mainly just a lot lot lot of cramping - like some serious menstrual and contracting only minutes apart.
I had some menstrual type cramping at my 35 week appt .

So I previously went into pre-term labor with my second son at 33 weeks. I was 3 cm dilated until 37 weeks when I finally had my son. My question is, if I get pregnant again, will it be considered a high-risk pregnancy? They never did find out the reason...

This is actually for myself, not a client, but DH and I are planning to TTC #2 this fall. I had a 35 weeker with DD (after being in labor 3 different times between 31-35 weeks, dilatingto 3cm at 31 weeks, and then 5cm at 33 weeks before my water broke...

Been having regular Braxton Hicks all afternoon, between 10-12 minutes apart. Sometimes accompanied by menstrual type pain, but don't think I feel baby pushing down. Tried lying on my left side, drinking lots of water to no avail.
I phoned my midwife ...

Seems the tablets were not working for me though, so phoned my-term labor at 32 weeks and spent 2 days in the hospital on adalat and given 2 steroid shots.
To try and stop pre-term contractions.

I went into pre term labor at 33 weeks, they managed to stop it, i am now 34 weeks. I am wondering, those of you who had isssues with pre term labor, when did you end up delivering? full term? or early?
