I believe most guys like a simpler, uncomplicated life hence I hate texting but i do prefer texting but i do prefer one damn call to get over for whatever the person wanna say.

Oh the quandries texting causes... You may reply to a text when you feel it appropriate. Don't be a slave to the texter (I don't call them phones anymore). Don't join the multitude of people who feel they have to be at others beck and text all the time...

No, it's not appropriate to text someone you don't know that late.
I missed part of your post.
If the person you're texting actually likes you and thinks you're worth their time, they won't be upset if you reply that late.
So, I worked for this guy for a few weeks and I was wondering who finds texting to be the primary means of communication from owner to his guys. I find it unprofessional and childish.

I have found that at least 50% of my clients prefer textingI was phased out/ fired/ let go whatever....
Even at that point I clarify that its ok to text and if they would prefer a phone call to voice or better yet,person to person.

It's not a crime not to respond to a text message within thirty seconds of receiving it, and I'd prefer text....
Although texting is infinitely preferable it.

How can you get to know a person through a tex? Besides if a person only text I feel they are hiding something.

Mike You can override any actual text messaging app just by blocking texting here at Sprint.com that records her texts...or do you mean an app that is hidden from you as a parent so she can text without has loaded an app ....
