Hi, i have the pspice student version and i'd like to know if it's possible simulate a germanium transistor.
The part i need is 2N1302, it's really old.
Thanks

Hi all,
I am stateside working on some Bush radios.
Having trouble finding transistors, particularly Mullard or equivalent OC44, OC71, OC75, OC77, OC81 and Driver etc. A few new AC128?? are around but I'd like to keep them somewhat original. There seem...

What models are you working on?
The transistors that you name are now.
Craig I don't know of any Bush models that use OC75 or OC77 transistors, so you may have something unusual.
Was not cheap back then.

Should have included LEDs there for a good demo effect .

But tube and

This article is more than 36 years old!
Neither tubes nor transistors (as devices) have a "sound".

AFAIK, a 9nm silicon transistor should perform the same.
