Yes, its absolutely true that lack of exercises as well as improper diet can make you sick .
What about trying to reduce stress at all costs, eat more vegetab les, fruit and less meat and sweets? This might get you better in my oppinion .

I wait to repeat the echo? My doc said about 8-12 weeks after pregnancy so my body has time to start a fast heart rate without doing much activity which started with this second pregnancy.
