Take a test!(: It's possible but hard to tell until you get a for sure positive result .
Give it another couple weeks and if you are still experience symptoms and have not gotten your period try taking another test.

I would have to say bad rib pain now that babies are all the way up there. It hurts if I lay on either side, or move while in bed. I can feel their heads poking out of my rib area.
