Not sure exactly about Cipro. But the bottom line is, if you take antibiotics while on the pill, use while on antibiotics. That's how my aunt for her last daughter! She had 2 in high school and bam My friend is on Depo, which is a fairly strong form of birth control. She was prescribed Cipro for a really bad sinus infection...

And antibiotics. On sunday I was suppose to take my last pill of the month and then my period was suppose to start. I didn't even bother taking that last pill because I know the antibiotics were just , just to be on the safe side.Generally antibiotics aren't supposed to throw off your cycle
