I read an article at my doctor's office about two months ago about implanon and antibiotics, it said do not engage in intercourse if you are taking any antibiotics while on implanon because the antibiotics can render the birth control....

Pregnant women get UTIs & they get antibiotics as wellThere are antibiotics that are safe to take while PG and TTC.
Said it wouldn't affect implantation chances.

So I had the crud last week and was on Antibiotics for 6 days. Z pack and Prednisone - took my last pill yesterday.
When can we have sex again? I was worried about the antibiotic and birth control.

You should be okay times.
As far as I know certain antibiotics are bad for pregnant women but I think they're fine at other a few women that were on BC, took antibiotics and fell pregnant (counteracts BC).

This may be a stupid question, but hopefully someone has an idea for me.

I've found the best method is to start taking the antibiotics and then take the diflucan prophylactically around day 3-5 of antibiotics....
I always get a raging yi when I take antibiotics.
Book that diflucan is ok, but I am not positive .

As your doc is still prescribing antibiotics- and is aware of your pregnancy and the frequency of your sinus infections which undoubtedly require antibiotics, you gotta keep taking them.

Usually, you can't really tell whether a guinea pig is pregnant until pretty close to delivery, unless you have an ultra sound done.
