Prenatal Multi Vitamins, Iron pills and healthy food. TTC? Does eating healthy, and taking those pills and vitamins 6 months before ttc really help? Also, I heard that eating pineapple cores help as well. Is that true?

I hate taking pills, and these are pretty large but i'veI have issues swallowing pills, I don't know what my problem is but I always get them lodged in my is split so its not so hard on ....

I have a separate small coated iron pill and i think the bottle was 1 or 2 dollars.
It is two pills (my hubby calls them my defects).
From that it's a great prenatal! I take Prenatal One-a-day with DHA.
