Just curious if you still take prenatal vitamins? I don't and gave up on them a few months ago. Should I still be? When did you stop? Edit: title bc my phone cut out the "did"

Most every day vitamins contain 100% of reccomended folic acid, so if you are taking prenatal gummy.
I couldn't find a prenatal vitamin that agreed with me so now I just take a gummy multivitamin of thoughts on this.
Ive heard about prenatal vitamins, and Im just wondering when I should start taking them. Is there a certain kind I should take. Can I get them from someplace local(i.e.walmart/kmart) or do I need to get them from a doctor?

Totally ok by my ahead and take them now.
I am taking two Flintstones Complete chewables a day instead of a normal prenatal.
PNV's have slightly different levels of vitamins, but if your MD didn't recommend one you can :).
