My Drs office recommended a specific prenatal vitamin, which I have been religiously taking, the problem is it upsets my stomach so badly after taking. I have tried taking it with milk, tried with snacks, is anyone else having this problem? What is helping...

A specific prenatal vitamin, which I have been religiously taking, the problem is it upsets my stomach so to adjust, I was taking a prenatal when I was TTC, but the Dr switched me to a different one with DHA so I am trying to adjust....

What are the best prenatal vitamins? Should I be taking extra folic acid in addition to the vitamins? I take a multi-vitamin at night because it makes me sick. Any prenatal vitamins known to be easy on the tummy?

There are Gummie prenatal vitamins that are easy on the tummy so you might look for those.

They are about $14 for a 30 day supply buy them online? Clearly I am in a place of overthinking everything Is it safe to take vitamins of this and they are great.
I've never had any problems.

I take the Spring Valley Prenatal from Wal-mart.
I just make sure there is plenty of folic acid .
My doc didn't recommend any.
I'm taking a generic pre-natal vitamin.

I was told to take folic acid and I have been taking it for about a week now. I take it with dinner but it still causes stomach upset. Will this probably go away with time or should I expect minor stomach pain while I take it?

I take Rainbow Light vitamins for name brand.
I love them! They taste far with the gummies! I use Target's with no problems .
I now take Vitafusion gummy vitamins.
I too get sick from most vitamins.
