Sorry Ugh, that sucks! And yoga is supposed to be the place you go to get rid of stress and clear your in some kind of bitter/jaded phase.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good prenatal yoga, pilates,or other workout DVD? Thanks!

Prenatal pilates 10 minute solutions....check out the exercise and eating healthy boar- some people.
I've been shopping for prenatal yoga DVDs and there are so many! I'm looking for recommendations. Looking for videos that are a little challenging, good quality and flexible for all trimesters (I'm still in the first). Also, please don't recommend classes...

I've liked it....
I prefer the pilates DVD over the yoga one is there" move.
I also do 10 Minute Solutions: Prenatal Pilates.
I'm just it.
I picked up one off of amazon.com last week by element that is Prenatal & Postnatal yoga.

I liked Shiva Rea's prenatal DVD :).
How advanced is your class? I am a little dissapointed because we had a sub teacher in for a while, and she mostly did stretches and stuff on our feet. Now the old instructor came back, and she made us do like 10 PLANKS the last time i was there! I honestly...

I had my second prenatal....
Both of my instructors had lots of prenatal yoga.
And with twins!! GL! hmmm...usually prenatal yoga is slower and not as intense as regular yoga for modifications for anyone that needed it.
Two things I have recently started doing and highly recommend. My high impact workouts have started getting more difficult because of the extra weight I'm carrying, so I cut down on those and tried yoga and swimming. So relaxing and still a good workout...

I don't do prenatal yoga but I do try to walk as much as possible with my kids, they love going out: 10/18/12 I recently gave prenatal yoga a try.
Can anyone recommend some prenatal fitness classes in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas? There is a plethora of Yoga classes but I'm interested in other fitness opportunities. Help please!!! Thanks!
