Yes!! I thought my prenatal yoga class was the lamest thing ever and I would always have to run( in difficulty level) at all in 6 weeks.

It was s nice. I highly recommend it to any pregnant lady! It was so nice and relaxing and I feel great now.

The prenatal yoga classesI do a pre natal yoga dvd 4-5 days a week, and 45 minutes is perfect for me.
And other times you just want to squeeze a quick one in during a busy day .

So maybe it's just because I'm a yoga newbie, but after a 90 minute session (which seemed long at the time) yesterday, I'm just in agony today. My neck, shoulders, quads, calves, back, and glutes are just killing me. Is this typical for prenatal yoga?...
