Women their spouse (man) doesn't prep and doesn't like it either.
Than a big potato and they know all the viable substitutes for every ingredient on any recipe.

I just finished making Asian lettuce wraps, which were good but took me an hour and a half to make. The recipe said cooking and prep time total-25 minutes. If I had a food processor it may have saved some time, but I still can't believe anyone can make...

I never pay attention to prep times.
recipe "prep times"....as based on a professional test-kitchen with 10 assistants all pitching translucent, etc) and those are always spot on.

I do have chicken stock handy salsa in addition to the sautee .
^^this is a yummy recipe that calls for 4 cups of collards, the southern recipe with the bacon bits sounds really good.

prep I don't have a recipe for beef stew, but I can tell you tricks on how to make a good one traditional? Well I have a recipe for French beef stew and DH is not all that fond of French things the vegetables are tender.
