In this approach, further "tiers" become modular options off of the Heroic tier - Paragon at 11th) of epic play.
For that tier without having to go through and calc everything from all those prior levels and tiers.

I think that prestige classes changing your HP, BAB, base saves and spell progression became problematic, especially if you took more....
A 3e prestige class and a 4e paragon path are roughly analogous in flavor but quite different rules-wise.

Prestige question When Boise St was in WAC there was the talk about the prestige ceiling. How there was the limit on prestige growth in the lower conferences. Is there a separate threshold for each conference? Or is just lumped into a few groups on conferences...

When you reach rank 40, and these vials are worthless or less meaningful, they should be accout-bound. I've thought about this for a while. I would like for them to be account bound as soon as you create a character, but then people would be sending them...

My suggestions are:
25k - Prestige 35k significant difference (no knowing about how the tiers will play with the upgrade wait list) and that seems being a leap year I get....
