Anyone have preterm labor and then not have baby till after 38 weeks? I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks, got two shot to mature babies lung, mod. bedrest and had to take meds to stop the contractions now at 38 weeks 4 days nothing I do brings labor...

Hi- I'm currently 13 weeks with #2. My OB suggested that I start Makena (progesterone injections) to prevent preterm labor. I had spontaneous labor at 33 weeks with my first LO.
I'm nervous to do the injections- I want a drug free labor and am nervous...

Anecdotally, I haven't heard who use the shots do go into labor soon after their first missed shot..
