I'm guessing you mean this:
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM products WHERE product_price >= 500 AND product_price <= 1000
But you didn't specify whether your interval is open, closed or half-closed.

I have not done this....
You'll also need to respond to touch and drag events to update the state of the control .
You'll need to inherit from UIControl or UIView and provide a custom drawRect method .
This is not possible without creating a custom control.

The Bulgarian Krink kits run your price range is good for an AK, but Mak-90's usually run from 600-700.
And the parts kits to build one run as much or more than your price range.

Say I have a table of real estate properties:
A 15,000 B 50,000 C 100,000 D 25,000
I'd like to group them by 0 - 49,999, 50,000 - 99,999 and 100,000 - 200,000
So the result should be:
0 - 49k (2) 50k - 99k (1) 100k - 200k (1)
Is there a way to do that...

Another option is the secondhand market, within the same price tag you could get a higher line kit is the secondhand market....
Internet dealers and you tube for more choices in your price range.
