If a seller shows Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail®) in the listing details, do you expect them to ship Priority Mail with a Tracking Number? What is the ebay policy on this?

It appears that USPS Priority shipping rates have gone up again, and the matrix they are using to determine rates renders them, for me, unusable for golf club shipping.

Those have been my standard eBay charges for Priority shipping for years.
If they want to price themselves out of the golf club shipping market that's fine for around $12.
Priority for me.

It would be nice if Etsy "IT" could make
two to three different button sections for mailing.
-one for First Class
-one for Priority
another for Express
just like other companies have when ordering
with prices already set.

You can't just ignore this and ship priority ....
Like priority shipping or insurance, to either convo before buying or mention it in the note to seller or by a certain date that can not be done with standard shipping.

There are some threads on Stack Overflow dealing with implementing priority queues in .Net and C# .
My issue is of a more basic nature: Why isn't there a priority queue out of the box in the .Net framework? Even the C++ Standard Library has one.
