And in so many states and federal prison, what they get sentenced to is not what they will really serve either...they get out in as little as half the time...Michigan is just one of the worst someone in Michigan, normally you'd get....

That alone would free up some space and reduce the burden on the prison men by tha thousands Sadly they....
The longer you are in prison the more devastating it probably is to your overall health war on drugs wasnt anything marijuana-related.
