Most have outdoor tubs! Valhalla resort had a "softub" which is a cheaper/portable version of a hot tub and the people ....
Some of the units at Wildwood Inn have private outdoor hot tubs.
Place, worth the money.

Try one of these, although can't personally vouch for any of them, have seen others recommend them .
Can't help with the laser pointers but a quick google search pulled up a list of hotels with in-room jacuzzis .
