Hi. First post and found this place through google and I'm hoping someone can advise on my situation...
My street:
2 blocks of flats with 60 residences.
Each residence has either an allocated space or a garage.
Deeds state only one vehicle per residence...

They can! It appears the company employed to monitor the parking is called Central Ticketing
Any experience washed or personal details....
I am meeting this criteria.
At a time (in single parking space ) and to only park in your bay.

I live in property, where the road is unadopted (by the council) and as such is Private. Our management agents (who are the freeholders) are useless and we are in the process of attempting to assume responsibility from them.
We have marked parking spaces...

Theses that are the hardest to prevent.
Blocked in by neighbours cars? If you bring in a private parking company you will regret it.

Parking Fine - Private Property What's the thoughts here ?
A small Retail area which has a sign about 4 metres up on a wall advising that it is a Private Carpark and a PCN will be given if there isn't a permit to park.
I didn't leave my van or even switch...

No private company has the power to invent their own.
And then end up in court with a massive debt to pay off for a FREE parking space just because i didnt have a ticket No, they can't make you pay it.

I have received a Fixed Penalty Notice from some outfit who sites "By order of the Private Landowner's Parking Policy 2001" on the ticket.

I though it sounded made up!!....when you say invoice i have only received a letter....but i guess you could refer to it as a form of request for payment .

I recently visited Lamorna cove in Cornwall and got an £80 parking ticket for parking slightly out of bay? this could not have been helped as it was the last space I could see and the person next to me was parked out of bay slightly.
