I have a stiff neck - probably from using an inferior pillow. Does anyone on this board have any surefire remedies? So, far I have been applying salonpas plasters but they don't seem to work well.

Heat from a hot shower on the neck with some mild massage the neck whilst....
Unless you have some sort of ligament damage/tendon damage, which you to stiffness and don't often do well with stretching.
Hi, stiff-necked one.
My neck is so stiff I can't move it? I woke up this morning and I couldn't move my head upright or tilt it to the right because it hurts so much. I can feel pain in the upper right part part of my neck. Does anyone know what this is?

The cause of it is that u probbaly slept in a wrong or twisty way while u were sleeping OR ur neck stood is a doctor You probably just was in uncomfortab position while you was sleeping, After couple days the muscles in your neck....

Is your neck stiffest first thing in the morning, better as the day goes on, better if you stretch it? If so, probably osteoarthritis.
At our ages, osteoarthritis is almost a sure thing.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to find around.
Ah A metal tube bent into a ring is extremely stiff and lightweight.
I can glue another 6.5mm plywood for more stiff as I've said.
It is Russian birch plywood with 12mm thick.

Re: Water on neck tenon when I remove neck I would check to make sure the tenon and receiver of a reason that the neck would be more difficult to remove after playing other than maybe the slight amount of expansion that may occur ....

I kept a better neck strap for the NEX....

I have this.
Any neck strap is better than the thin crappy one that comes with the camera.

I suspect the difference to have a high resonant frequency (very stiff in other words.) A BO has two different materials and a big discontinuous joint in the middle....
Labor....material= cost.
For a "neck only" than for "headstock to bridge".
