I've been cutting out pretty much all my carbs (i lov carbs) i've noticed though i can't reach my calorie goal sometimes by 500 calories w/o them....eating more veggies isn't adding...
questions is..do you believe in low carbs what are your MACRO set....

Just sayin' I have mine set at 40-30-30 people need carbs and super processed....
And make sure to pair your carbs with protein since that slows absorption of the carb and evens, perhaps low-carb isn't the ideal plan for you.

I have a big grocery shop due this week, I'll probably go tomorrow. But I need to cut things from my list, like graham crackers and other snacks we use that are high in processed carbs.
I cut HFCS last spring as much as I can I do find it occasionally...

I dont want to eliminate, just reduce and increse the quality of the carbs version but I havent read the label.

So in order to keep weight off I have an extremely low carb diet. Some days I go without eating any carbs at all and then run. I defnitely eat enough it's just not a diet high in carbs. I know that carbs are helpful in terms of energy but I just can't...

It sounds, to me, like the companies just want to sell you more expensive protein, as cold processed proteins are generally 25% more expensive - 2.5g fat - 23g carbs - 5g ....
That heat-processed proteins are actually less-effective.

Hi all
We read alot about low carb and it effectiveness.
If we accept that fuel sources are Carbs or Fats and that protein is the repairer of muscles etc. then either way we chose should aid to weight loss or do carbs behave differently to fats combined...

My body did not react very well to low carbs is 300g of carbs.....
You obviously will eat more carbs than on Atkins cycle I tried Low Carb and for me it was a horrific event.
carb diet by just eating lots of vegetables.

Just a quick question again
Came across Morrisons own Pasta Twists. 355 Calories, 2g Fat, 12g Protein but a whopping 72g Carbs per 100g of pasta. The problem I have is that I plan to consume 200g in my lunch time meal, which means 144 carbs in one meal...

I started not eating carbs after 2pm back in Oct/Nov when on the 17 day diet and I've done my with no carbs at all....
