I have many programs that I want to re-install but going through the process of re-downloading or re-installing them is a bit much.

I transferred the files to my hard drive directly...can't find a way to get them into their proper program files. I installed all the programs directly to the new computer, but can't figure out how to put the files where they belong. Thought it was automatic...
